In the current business environment, driven by rapid change and digital transformation, a new culture of work based on innovation and agility is needed. A vital part of this is effective talent management. In this Expert View, we will analyze what a successful talent management strategy looks like in today's world. Most importantly, we argue that employee motivation is a key factor, which needs to be looked at from a new angle and which in many cases requires a significant change in companies’ approach towards employee management.
