Stefanie Naujoks appointed Research Director Manufacturing

PAC, a CXP Group company, appointed Stefanie Naujoks as Research Director for its global Digital and IoT practice. In this role, Stefanie will be working with manufacturing companies and IT vendors across Europe, to help them understand how new technologies like the IoT, robotics, AI, augmented reality or additive manufacturing will impact traditional processes and disrupt business models of manufacturing companies.

Stefanie is a recognized independent industry analyst in the manufacturing domain. With a track record of 20 years of industry experience, from both analyst (Gartner, IDC) and IT vendor sides, her areas of expertise cover a wide range of industry-specific topics, including Industry 4.0, Digital Factory, Industrial IoT, Supply Chain Management (SCM),Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

Based in Munich, Stefanie will lead PAC’s manufacturing-related research at a European level and will provide thought leadership and guidance for manufacturing companies around topics such as:

  • How to make digital transformation an enterprise-wide success.
  • How to monetize data gathered from the IoT.
  • How to leverage technologies like the IoT, robotics, artificial intelligence or cognitive solutions in order to advance manufacturers’ B2B processes in evolving business ecosystems.

Being part of PAC’s Global Digital & IoT practice, Stefanie will also contribute to related research streams and will be working closely with PAC’s existing local manufacturing experts.
